About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a part-time Guest Services team member to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players. The role involves assisting with check-in and reservations, explaining venue offerings and gameplay, and helping Players find the right golf clubs and equipment. The team member also helps keep the venue clean, organized, safe, and inviting while upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that requires being on your feet for most of the shift and moving equipment, including golf bags, across multiple floor levels. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude.

• Stay calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
• Be comfortable bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and performing varied physical tasks.
• Remain on your feet for most of the workday and sustain activity during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions.
• Assist Players with golf clubs and other equipment.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area.
• Offer Players helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the Guest Services area clean, safe, and compliant.
