Guest Services - Golf Services (Part-Time)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a part-time Golf Service Associate to help create fun, welcoming experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role involves welcoming Players, assisting with check-in and reservations, explaining the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and helping Players select golf clubs and equipment. The associate also helps maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting venue and supports fellow Playmakers while upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, guest-facing position requiring frequent movement, extended time on your feet, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. The work may involve bending, stooping, and keeping pace in a high-volume environment. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist Players with check-in and reservations, providing the information they need to begin their visit.
- Explain the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help Players make the most of their experience.
- Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment.
- Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and providing Players with helpful guidance and recommendations.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
