About The Position

Topgolf is hiring fun-loving, dedicated, and caring team members for hourly Golf Service Associate positions. The role focuses on helping Players have an enjoyable and seamless visit by welcoming them, assisting with check-in and reservations, explaining the venue and gameplay, and helping them select golf clubs and equipment. Associates also help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting venue while upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Hospitality or entertainment experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

Maintain a positive attitude and a one-team mentality.
Focus on providing Players with an excellent experience.
Ability to stay calm and thrive in a popular, high-volume environment.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.
Comfort with bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and remaining on your feet for most of the day.
Ability to stay active and keep pace during long shifts and physically demanding tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment.

Responsibilities

Welcome Players and assist with check-in and reservations.
Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions.
Assist Players with golf clubs and equipment.
Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area.
Offer Players helpful guidance and recommendations.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
