About The Position

Topgolf is hiring hourly team members to help create a fun, welcoming experience for Players. The Golf Service Associate welcomes and assists Players with check-in and reservations, shares information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, and helps Players select and use golf clubs and equipment. The role also involves keeping guest services and retail areas clean, organized, safe, and inviting; following safety and sanitation standards; and supporting Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that requires being on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout the shift, and performing varied physical tasks. Associates may lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Bending, stooping, and sustained physical effort are also part of the work.
