About The Position

Intown Golf Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Golf Services Associate to join its local operations team in Nashville, Tennessee. The role supports a high-end private club environment and focuses on delivering a welcoming, seamless experience for members and guests while helping maintain the facility’s presentation and operations.

The associate manages the bag drop and assists members and guests with their golf clubs, directing them to club amenities such as simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, and fitness facilities. The role also supports clubhouse operations, golf shop duties, member locker rooms, and facility upkeep in coordination with service and golf professional staff. The position requires flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bag drop and assist members and guests with their golf clubs.
• Direct members and guests to simulators, putting greens, locker rooms, and fitness facilities.
• Maintain the presentation of the putting green and common outdoor and indoor areas.
• Assist service and golf professional staff with facility upkeep between member groups.
• Assist with golf shop duties and manage member locker rooms.
• Maintain an elite standard of cleanliness and service throughout the facility.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold the club’s core values and provide a seamless experience for guests.
