About The Position

The Golf Service Associate welcomes and assists Players with check-in and reservations, provides information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and helps Players select and use golf clubs and equipment. The role also includes keeping the venue and retail area clean, organized, and inviting, and offering helpful guidance and recommendations. Associates follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant guest services area, while living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role involving frequent movement and time on one’s feet, bending, stooping, and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, including golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels.

Responsibilities
