About The Position
Guest Service Specialists create a welcoming experience for customers by greeting them, promoting products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, thanking customers, and anticipating and addressing their needs. They help ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car while keeping the site clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and collaboration with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
Requirements
- Enjoy making meaningful connections with customers and be excited to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality-type roles.
