About The Position
Guest Service Specialists create a welcoming customer experience by greeting customers, promoting car wash products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership, and thanking customers for choosing Mister. They anticipate and address customer needs and help ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The role combines customer service and sales with hands-on work maintaining clean, inviting, and well-kept sites, in collaboration with teammates.
Requirements
