About The Position
As a Guest Service Specialist (GSS), you greet customers warmly, promote Mister products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, and thank customers for choosing Mister. You anticipate and address customer needs, help ensure every customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car, and contribute to a clean, inviting, well-maintained site. The role involves varied, hands-on work and collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
