About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support customer experiences at its car wash sites. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and helping ensure vehicles leave clean, dry, and shiny. Specialists also help keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained and collaborate with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals.

This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. The role offers variety and the opportunity to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality. Team members receive training in the company’s culture, brand standards, and operational playbook.
