About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to provide exceptional customer service and support the customer experience. The role involves welcoming customers, enthusiastically selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and thanking customers for choosing Mister. Guest Service Specialists help ensure every customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car while keeping sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The position offers varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and requires collaboration with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. Mister Car Wash provides training in its culture, brand standards, and operational playbook, as well as opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
