Guest Service Specialist
About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist provides welcoming, energetic customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor car-wash environment. The role involves selling car-wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also help maintain clean, inviting, and well-maintained sites and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers varied, hands-on work and calls for reliability, openness to feedback, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
