About The Position
The Guest Service Specialist (GSS) welcomes customers, promotes car wash products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership, and helps ensure customers leave with a clean, dry, and shiny car. The role includes hands-on work, maintaining a clean and inviting site, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. It takes place in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
