About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide customer service and sell the swim program in a very fast-paced environment. The role suits someone who is friendly, enjoys working with children, can multitask and work as part of a team, and is motivated to meet sales goals. The position is part-time, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts. Candidates must be available for one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be friendly, able to multitask, work with a team in a very fast-paced environment, and love kids.
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday.
• Ability to effectively sell the swim program to clients.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with staff and customers.
• Self-motivation and ability to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Ability to generate sales that exceed personal sales goals.
• Ability to present services compellingly, overcome objections, and close additional sales.
• Effective phone etiquette.
