GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE
About The Position
As a Guest Service/Sales Associate at European Wax Center, you help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your upbeat, friendly demeanor and sales skills support positive, memorable guest interactions. The position is part-time or full-time, based in Brookhaven, Atlanta, Georgia, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. The stated salary range is $13.00–$20.00 per hour and includes base hourly pay plus package sales commission. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, learning their needs and skincare goals, educating them about wax passes, promotions, regular waxing, prebooking, and retail products, and supporting reservations and guest concerns. Associates maintain front-desk and lobby cleanliness and brand standards, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. Work is primarily indoors in a moderate, controlled-temperature environment. The associate must communicate effectively, adapt to changing business needs and activity, and work amid simultaneous tasks. Work involves standing, walking, and sitting, with the amount of time varying by day. The role may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Requirements
- At least one year of related service or retail experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
- Ability to adapt to different guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ability to communicate with others, accept constructive feedback, adapt to changing activity, and maneuver between simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit as required.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for their visit.
- Engage guests to understand their needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
- Educate guests about wax pass options, promotions, the benefits of regular waxing, and prebooking.
- Maintain knowledge of European Wax Center services and its retail line.
- Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols.
- Answer guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized, inviting front desk and lobby that meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support colleagues and share product knowledge to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain brand knowledge and sales skills.
