About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to help create a welcoming, consistent guest experience. The role involves delivering exceptional service from start to finish and working with a team to help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable. Earnings may include commission on wax pass sales and performance bonuses, with compensation affected by effort, performance, and guest connections.

The position is located at 940 Northwest Pryor Road, Unit F, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081. Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
