About The Position
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas. This role ensures that guest satisfaction is met by providing a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, service areas, and other common areas.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
