About The Position

Western States Lodging & Management is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant for Staybridge Lehi. The role helps create an exceptional guest experience by keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, well-presented, and consistent with hotel brand standards. The attendant prepares rooms for arriving guests, responds to requests, reports maintenance concerns, and supports housekeeping and hotel operations. The position involves frequent walking and standing, repetitive cleaning tasks, and occasional lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Nice To Haves

• 0–1 year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and keep rooms clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, cups, and other guest amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are stocked, organized, and ready for arriving guests.
• Clean and maintain guest-accessible common areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, fitness center, and laundry areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for towels, pillows, amenities, and other supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and needed repairs to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals properly and operate housekeeping equipment safely.
• Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and stocking linens.
• Work with front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and other hotel associates to support daily operations.
• Demonstrate Western States Lodging & Management hospitality and service standards in guest interactions.
