About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant cleans assigned guest rooms and responds to guest requests to support outstanding guest service and the hotel’s financial profitability. Duties include making beds; cleaning bathrooms; dusting and vacuuming; replacing linens, towels, and guest amenities; performing deep cleaning and turn-down service as needed; maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart; and disposing of trash and recyclables. Other job-related duties may be assigned by the associate’s supervisor. The description may be changed at the Company’s discretion and does not create an employment contract; associates remain at-will.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned by the associate’s supervisor.
