About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas as directed. The role maintains and cleans equipment, reports safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies, and assists guests with issues to support their satisfaction while following established guidelines and policies. The attendant also assists the house person with department projects as needed.

Requirements

• Six months of previous cleaning experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas as directed.
• Maintain and clean all equipment.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling.
• Assist guests with issues and ensure guest satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies.
• Assist the house person with department projects as needed.
