Guest Room Attendant
About The Position
The Guest Room Attendant cleans guest rooms and responds to guest requests to help provide outstanding guest service and support the hotel’s financial profitability. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens and guest amenities, performing deep-cleaning and turn-down service as needed, maintaining and transporting a housekeeping supply cart, and disposing of trash and recyclables. The role may include other job-related duties assigned by the associate’s supervisor. The description is not all-inclusive, may change at the Company’s discretion, and does not create an employment contract; associates remain at-will.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform guest turn-down service as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the associate’s supervisor.
