About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items according to hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and promptly report damage or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas such as hallways, lounges, and elevators.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance or directing guests to appropriate hotel services.
