About The Position

This is a part-time position focused on enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service in assigned rooms. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and operational standards within guest rooms, documenting room status, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Guest Room Attendant will also be responsible for communicating maintenance issues, managing inventory, and resolving guest concerns.

Requirements

  • Ability to use cleaning chemicals as instructed.
  • Ability to use safety equipment as required.
  • Ability to communicate all maintenance issues to supervisor.
  • Ability to secure master keys while working.
  • Ability to collect/secure lost-and-found articles.
  • Ability to restock housekeeping cart daily.
  • Ability to control inventory of supplies.
  • Ability to make suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with all employees to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
  • Ability to resolve guest issues.
  • Ability to adhere to department and property policies and procedures.
