About The Position
The Guest Room Attendant is part of the Housekeeping team and helps make the hotel feel like home for travelers. This role cleans guest rooms and responds to guest requests in support of outstanding guest service and the hotel’s financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform guest turndown service as needed.
