About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant contributes to the Housekeeping team and guest experience by refreshing, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms to department standards. The role supports daily operations and guest satisfaction by helping create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment. The attendant provides courteous service to guests and team members, and follows applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow guest-room entry and exit procedures.
• Comply with applicable gaming laws, company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide timely guest service to guests and fellow team members that meets company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
