About The Position

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Clinton, Maryland. The role supports Dash In’s high-quality food service and elevated guest experience in a dynamic 24/7 retail environment. Team members serve guests, handle transactions and cash, replenish merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with other duties as needed. The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, and successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or the ability to complete the company-paid GED program.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• One year of retail customer service experience.
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile, process transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Restock shelves and displays and keep products organized and accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the store interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team as needed, including cashiering and porter services.
• Handle cash and record transactions according to company policies.
