About The Position

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member at its Glen Burnie, Maryland location. The role supports Dash In’s high-quality food service and guest experience in a dynamic, 24/7 retail environment. Team members assist guests, handle transactions, stock and organize products, clean the store and surrounding areas, and help with cashiering or porter services as needed. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with pay of $15.50–$18.00 per hour and an additional $1 per hour for overnight work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete the company-paid GED program.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• One year of retail customer service experience.
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Restock shelves and displays and keep products organized and accessible.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the team where needed, including cashiering and porter services, to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
