About The Position

Dash In is a community-focused convenience store brand and part of the Wills Group family, with more than 50 locations across the Mid-Atlantic. The Guest Experience Team Member helps create an outstanding experience for every guest by providing friendly, accurate service and supporting store operations. The role is in Waldorf, Maryland. Team members must be available to work between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or willingness to complete the company-paid GED program.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Must be available between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
ServSafe certification.
Tech-savviness.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with friendly, accurate service.
Restock shelves and keep displays organized.
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including restrooms and parking areas.
Support work across departments, including cashiering and general store upkeep.
Handle transactions and cash responsibly and follow company policies.
