About The Position

An Andretti Arcade Attendant is a part-time role responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. Team members assist guests in various areas and capacities while following Andretti Indoor Karting & Games’ standards for guest satisfaction. The role involves welcoming guests, explaining game operations and safety guidelines, maintaining redemption displays, performing minor game repairs, reporting machine errors, and supporting positive guest experiences. Attendants may perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned and must remain knowledgeable about the brand, products, policies, procedures, and facility emergency procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability and desire to remain pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Prior guest service or hospitality experience.
Experience with family entertainment centers.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors with a friendly and positive greeting.
Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests in a friendly and confident manner.
Conduct redemption inventory and keep displays completely stocked.
Perform minor repairs on games and explain game operations to guests.
Notify Game Techs of machine errors and return game-play credit to guests when needed.
Provide energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
Observe, instruct, and monitor guests to ensure they follow safety guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery and help ensure positive guest experiences.
Maintain working knowledge of Andretti’s brand, products, policies, and procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
Know facility emergency procedures.
Perform assigned opening, running, and closing department duties.
