About The Position

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is hiring Guest Service Team Members in Freehold, New Jersey. Team Members help create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, teamwork, and hospitality. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing and serving Steakburgers and frozen custard, and maintaining clean service and dining areas. Paid training is provided, and previous restaurant experience is not required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate the cash register and process payments.
Answer questions about menu items and help guests make selections.
Prepare and serve food and frozen custard according to Freddy's quality standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas.
Work with fellow Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
Help create a positive dining experience that encourages guests to return.
