About The Position
The Guest Experience Team Member serves as the friendly first point of contact for families at the swim school, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups. The role supports families through lesson enrollment, registration, scheduling, and payments, while also assisting swim instructors and learning the swim curriculum to guide families confidently. The position involves customer service, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fun environment focused on helping children learn swimming and other life-saving skills. This is an active, customer-facing role that requires standing and moving during shifts and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment. The schedule includes set evening and weekend shifts. Team members who are open to cross-training as swim instructors receive priority for extra shifts. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them feel welcome.
- Manage student enrollments, process payments, and keep records and operations organized.
- Answer questions and support parents with lesson schedules and registrations.
- Learn the swim curriculum to guide families through the enrollment and lesson process.
- Use creativity, empathy, and a can-do attitude to resolve customer challenges.
- Work a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Stay active and on one's feet during shifts, and occasionally lift merchandise or equipment.
- Support swim instructors and work collaboratively with the team.
