About The Position

Guest Experience Experts deliver a memorable, distinctive guest experience throughout guests’ stays, going beyond smooth check-in and check-out. They take initiative and are empowered to move around their workspace to address operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share information about local highlights, making transactions part of the overall experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace; following company policies and procedures; maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets; upholding quality standards; and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Experience Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and take a hands-on approach to work. They also perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Courtyard seeks team members who are passionate about exceeding guest expectations, enjoy working on a small, ambitious team, and are interested in learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
