About The Position

Guest Experience Experts help create memorable and unique guest stays by delivering a wide range of services throughout the guest experience. They take initiative, move around their work area, and handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, and local-area recommendations, making transactions feel like part of the experience.

The role also requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Associates may perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No license or certification is required.
