About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They help create memorable guest experiences by responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and carrying out similar duties as needed.

The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communicating professionally. Guest Environment Experts perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Professional personal appearance and communication.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests.
• Stock carts.
• Clean rooms and public spaces.
• Help ensure hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.
