About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a wide range of housekeeping duties to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and help create a memorable guest experience. Duties may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning guest rooms and public spaces. The role requires associates to move throughout their work area and take a hands-on approach to assigned tasks.

Associates are expected to maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidential information, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniforms, appearance, and communications. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.
