About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a broad range of housekeeping functions and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They help create a memorable guest experience by responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and completing other related duties. The role requires a hands-on approach and movement throughout the work area.

All associates are expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Environment Experts may be on their feet and moving around for extended periods and must be able to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. They may also be assigned other reasonable job duties.
