Guest Environment Expert
About The Position
Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and help create memorable guest experiences. The role includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and performing other related housekeeping duties. Experts are empowered to move throughout their work area and take appropriate action to meet guest and hotel needs. The position requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards, helping ensure a safe workplace, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Employees perform other reasonable job duties as requested. The role supports The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards and its commitment to gracious, thoughtful luxury service. Requirements
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain professional appearance and communications.
