About The Position
Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel and help create memorable guest experiences. The role includes a range of housekeeping functions, such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning guest rooms and public spaces. Experts are empowered to move throughout their work area and take action to meet guest and hotel needs. The position requires maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Employees are expected to perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication.
