About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a range of housekeeping functions to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and help create a memorable guest experience. Duties may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and completing other related tasks. The role requires a hands-on, mobile approach and may include other reasonable duties as requested. Employees are expected to work safely, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and communicate and present themselves professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests.
• Stock carts.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
• Help ensure hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
