About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. The role includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and completing similar tasks to help create a memorable guest experience.

Experts are expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and communicate and present themselves professionally. They may also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests.
• Stock carts.
• Clean rooms and public spaces.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
