About The Position

As a Guest Attendant at Star Cinema Grill, you’ll be one of the first faces guests see and play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming experience. Guest Attendants provide friendly and attentive service, assist guests throughout their visit, answer questions, and help ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued while enjoying their Star Cinema Grill experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces.
• Customer-service focus and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or host experience is preferred.
• A food handler's card may be required according to local or state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and confirm prices.
• Assist customers with ticket and gift card purchases.
• Take reservations, greet and seat guests, direct guests to the theater, and thank them as they depart.
• Answer phones throughout the shift and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Seat guests while maintaining a balanced rotation between servers.
• Communicate clearly and promptly, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Accommodate guest requests.
• Perform opening and closing side work, including cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand for the next shift.
