GTM Systems Analyst

Peregrine TechnologiesNew York, NY
$114,000 - $144,000

About The Position

Peregrine is looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind our growing go-to-market organization. You'll be a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. As the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex or cross-functional work to Revenue Operations. This role blends responsive support with structured execution against Peregrine's longer-term GTM systems roadmap - contributing to projects through a sprint-based workflow, running recurring data-governance work, and spotting opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service. You'll thrive here if you enjoy solving problems, can balance urgent needs with planned work, and want to deepen your Salesforce and GTM systems expertise in a complex, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment - roughly one year may suffice if certified; without certification, deeper practical experience and the ability to speak to what you've built and supported
  • Comfortable triaging competing requests, distinguishing a systems issue from a need for user guidance vs. a broader process gap, and staying organized in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles, with the ability to follow a project plan and hit deadlines
  • Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana
  • Growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack, including AI and enrichment tools - Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar is a plus
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to turn business needs into clear systems requirements
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and low-ego, with a clear bias for action toward team outcomes
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with sensitive business information and customer contracts

Nice To Haves

  • GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience
  • Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to team needs, take timely action to support business outcomes, and collaborate constructively with teammates.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know when to involve a more senior teammate.
  • Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between a systems issue, a need for user guidance, and a broader process improvement.
  • Balance quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months to complete.
  • Ask why behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons from one request or project to the next.
  • Develop an understanding of how GTM teams operate and why thoughtful change management matters, even for small system or workflow updates.
  • Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts carefully and maintain appropriate discretion.
