About The Position

Roboflow is hiring a GTM Systems Engineer to build and scale the systems used by its revenue team. Reporting to the Revenue Operations lead, this hands-on, execution-focused role works closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, data engineering, and other stakeholders. The engineer will implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader go-to-market technology stack, while building custom tools and AI-powered workflows where existing products are insufficient. The role begins by building under the direction of Revenue Operations and is expected to grow into ownership of Salesforce architecture as the function scales. The systems developed will support sales onboarding, forecasting accuracy, account transitions, and enterprise expansion. Roboflow is a fully distributed company; employees may work from home, a coworking space, or a company hub.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building on Salesforce in a technical administration or developer capacity.
  • At least 5 years supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams.

  • Working SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Practical understanding of GTM concepts, including product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, and compensation planning and administration.
  • Experience working across GTM tools such as communication, enrichment, quoting, contract lifecycle management, and e-signature platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows and building with AI coding agents.
  • High agency and a bias toward action.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with source control, particularly for Salesforce deployments.

  • Experience with stakeholder management.
  • Experience with and willingness to learn how to leverage AI to optimize output and outcomes.
  • Experience managing or supporting variable compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with data engineering on programmatic BI using SQL and BigQuery, code-defined dashboards on Salesforce data, and native Salesforce reports, templates, and folder and permission structures.
  • Own data quality across Salesforce and connected GTM systems, including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and views that explain data issues and required fixes to representatives.
  • Lead integrations and data pipeline work across the GTM stack, including migrations when tools are retired or replaced.
  • Build infrastructure for partner and cloud marketplace revenue, including deal registration, sourced-versus-influenced attribution, and trusted reporting.
  • Support the variable compensation program through data quality and management support.
  • Manage permissions, access, and rollout for AI agents in the GTM stack, and design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows.
  • Share end-user support responsibilities, including troubleshooting lead routing and assignment, round-robin logic, SLA misses, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns and sales prospecting.
