GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness - Atlanta

Temporal Technologies•Atlanta, GA
•$120,000 - $190,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Temporal is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager, Field Training & Readiness to deliver live training and strengthen the readiness of its sales organization. The role leads interactive sessions for new hires and tenured Account Executives, BDRs, and other customer-facing teams, including bootcamp modules, skills workshops, role plays, and ongoing practice sessions. Training is designed around participation and skill-building rather than presentation alone. The manager owns a defined delivery track and calendar, working from curriculum developed with the broader enablement team and adapting sessions with stories, examples, and real-time facilitation. The role partners closely with sales and BDR teams, reinforces practice with managers, gathers field feedback, and reports what is working and where sellers need support. It also involves bringing in AEs, SAs, or product experts when deeper expertise is needed; collecting session feedback and leading indicators; and sharing responsibility for scheduling, preparation, LMS updates, and content maintenance. The role may expand over time into onboarding, BDR enablement, and broader field readiness. The position is based in or near Atlanta, or requires willingness to relocate. It involves in-person collaboration, with a strong preference for being in the office one to two days per week and required in-person attendance for biweekly bootcamp delivery.

Requirements

  • Be located in the Atlanta metro area or be willing to relocate.
  • Participate in in-person collaboration; the role strongly prefers one to two office days per week and requires in-person attendance for biweekly bootcamp delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong live facilitation skills, including engaging audiences, using stories, reading the room, and adapting in real time.
  • Have either at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, such as AE or BDR/SDR management, or at least 5 years delivering sales training or enablement at a comparable company or level.
  • Understand sellers’ realities and communicate credibly with them.
  • Build trust through curiosity, preparation, humility, and honesty about the limits of one’s expertise; bring in appropriate experts when needed.
  • Be receptive to feedback, seek feedback, improve quickly, and collaborate effectively while also taking ownership of individual work.
  • Be able to execute in an evolving environment, work quickly, maintain a high quality bar, and handle delivery logistics.
  • Already use AI to prepare or personalize sessions or focus on high-leverage work, and seek to improve how enablement is done.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for Temporal’s mission and products for developers.
  • Experience enabling or selling to teams using technical or infrastructure products, selling to developers, or working with bottoms-up OSS/PLG and tops-down sales motions.
  • Experience enabling BDR/SDR teams or leading one.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, or experience facilitating a comparable sales methodology.
  • Experience enabling multiple audiences, such as AEs, BDRs, SAs, and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regular live, interactive training sessions for Account Executives, BDRs, and other customer-facing roles, including new-hire cohorts, skills workshops, and role plays.
  • Own a defined slate of training programs and delivery calendar, adapting team-developed curriculum through storytelling, real examples, and in-the-moment adjustments.
  • Identify what is and is not working in training and share feedback to improve content.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams in Atlanta and beyond, attend team meetings, and reinforce role-play and call practice with managers.
  • Bring field observations about what resonates and where representatives are stuck back to the enablement team.
  • Deliver core training and involve AEs, SAs, or product experts when deeper subject-matter expertise is needed.
  • Gather post-session feedback and leading indicators, including participation, skill demonstration, and manager input, and use them to improve sessions.
  • Contribute to shared scheduling, session preparation, LMS updates, and content upkeep.
  • Adapt to evolving team needs, with potential to contribute to onboarding, BDR enablement, and broader field readiness.
