Growth Operations is the strategic operating partner to the National Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance Growth, and the Audit Sales Leader. Reporting to the Head of Operations, Integration and Transformation within Audit Solution Delivery, the role connects Audit & Assurance growth strategy with execution, translating priorities into actionable plans adopted across the practice and measured against intended outcomes. The role provides execution discipline and visibility into strategic pursuits, pipeline performance, market opportunities, campaign effectiveness, and growth commitments. It helps leaders identify opportunities, remove execution barriers, and maintain accountability. It is strategic in perspective and operational in execution. It does not own client relationships, market strategy, pursuit decisions, revenue targets, proposal development, pricing decisions, account management, or business development activities; it owns the information, governance, adoption, accountability, and business processes that support growth execution. The role translates growth priorities into measurable plans, facilitates strategy development and execution amid changing market conditions, and designs and improves the operating model for growth leadership, governance, and decision-making. It drives adoption and accountability for growth programs, campaigns, and business development initiatives; maintains visibility into pursuits, pipeline performance, commitments, and market opportunities; facilitates governance and pursuit reviews; and delivers reporting, analysis, and insights to support decisions, investment priorities, and removal of growth barriers. It also coordinates targeting programs, market development, and cross-functional activities with marketing, sales, and business leaders, and identifies execution risks, adoption challenges, and operational inefficiencies. Success is measured by whether growth priorities remain visible and on track; pursuits, pipeline performance, and commitments are reviewed through leadership forums; programs and campaigns meet adoption, activation, and performance objectives; leaders receive timely insights for proactive decisions; pipeline creation, conversion, win rates, and market development are tracked against targets and trends; commitments are assigned and completed; reporting is delivered consistently; and leaders regard the role as a trusted operational partner for growth execution. The position follows the firm's hybrid work model and requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a Grant Thornton office or client site. The firm describes work-location, weekly-schedule, and flex-time-off options, as well as work-life integration support and personalized benefits. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus subject to the applicable plan terms and eligibility criteria.
