•$170,000 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

SuperAnnotate is hiring an Associate Director, Growth (Talent Operations) to own the function responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding specialized human talent for its AI data programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, this hands-on leadership role will scale contributor pipelines across domains and geographies. The role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, recruiting operations, and data-driven execution, partnering with program and operations leaders to meet contributor demand while building sustainable infrastructure. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco. The successful candidate will set talent supply strategy for specialized talent pools, evolve the contributor acquisition system, and design, deploy, and measure AI-enabled workflows across sourcing, screening, and onboarding. They will manage acquisition at scale across concurrent customer programs, lead a growing recruiting team, own the function’s budget and vendor decisions, and plan supply in coordination with Operations, Program, and executive leadership. They will track pipeline health, time to first accepted work, contributor quality, retention, and workforce utilization, and flag risks and capacity gaps before they affect delivery.
