•$200,000 - $220,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Abridge is hiring an experienced Growth Marketer to build and own its product-led growth (PLG) motion, turning clinicians who learn about Abridge into regular users and connecting that usage to expansion. This is a senior individual contributor role focused heavily on PLG. The role owns paid marketing and its budget, sets direction for acquiring, activating, and retaining end users, and partners with Product, Data, Sales, and RevOps to connect bottom-up adoption to enterprise pipeline. It also serves as a growth advisor to the broader marketing team, coaching on enterprise demand, lifecycle, and expansion. The Growth Marketer will define and execute strategy, run experiments, and establish approaches and standards that help the wider team improve. The position requires working from Abridge’s San Francisco or New York City office at least three times per week as part of a hybrid work model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience, including at least 4 years owning product-led growth at a high-growth software company.
  • A track record of improving activation, conversion, or retention metrics at scale, supported by funnel metrics.
  • Deep experimentation skills across channels and tactics, including translating results into scalable playbooks.
  • Hands-on experience running paid programs across paid social, search, programmatic, and OOH, including budget ownership and return reporting.
  • Strong B2C instincts in a B2B setting, with the ability to reach and activate end users and connect their adoption to economic buyers’ attention.
  • Comfort building internal tools and workflows with AI and using AI to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborative, direct, low-ego approach with high standards and a focus on outcomes.
  • Willingness to work from the San Francisco or New York City office at least three days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience driving PLG in healthcare or selling to clinicians and other professional end users.
  • Experience building a self-serve or freemium motion from zero to one.
  • Hands-on experience with referral, community, or word-of-mouth loops that efficiently grew a user base.
  • Experience at an AI company is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the PLG roadmap and align end-user acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion plans with company goals and Product, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Map the clinician journey from first touch to habitual use, identify funnel drop-offs, and build programs such as onboarding, in-product prompts, lifecycle email, and referral loops.
  • Establish and run a high-velocity experimentation program, including hypothesis backlogs, test design standards, and readout cadence; launch tests across web, product surfaces, paid, and lifecycle, and scale successful tests.
  • Own paid marketing across paid social, Google, programmatic, and out-of-home (OOH), including channel mix, budget allocation, platform and agency partners, and campaign planning and optimization with Product Marketing, Creative, Events, and Sales.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define product-qualified signals, route them to appropriate teams, and demonstrate how product usage drives health-system expansion.
  • Partner with Data Science and GTM Tech to define activation and retention metrics, attribution for product-led paths, and operational dashboards.
  • Build AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate research, personalization, testing, and analysis, and coach the team in their use.
  • Advise and coach marketers on experimentation, funnel analysis, channel strategy, and growth planning for demand, lifecycle, and campaigns; establish standards adopted by others.
