About The Position

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to help build and operate its customer acquisition experimentation engine. The role focuses on growth channels beyond core paid search, testing channels and scaling effective approaches to generate pipeline. The specialist will design and run structured experiments across paid social, streaming audio, direct mail, programmatic, and other emerging channels; manage and reallocate a growing test budget; analyze results; and recommend whether experiments should be scaled, adjusted, or stopped. The role will use AI tools in creative testing, automation, and optimization, and create reusable testing frameworks and documentation. The specialist will collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Product Marketing and learn directly from a senior growth leader. Over time, the person is expected to take full ownership of one or two channels. Within 12 months, success may include owning one or two channels end-to-end, documenting new-channel performance, and scaling at least one channel beyond its initial test budget.

  • Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows.
