Growth Associate

We are seeking a talented individual who is customer-focused and enjoys finding creative solutions to problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, take ownership of their responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As a Growth Associate at Coefficient, you will play a versatile role in assisting customers during the early stages of their journey with our product. This position involves aspects of inside sales, analysis, and customer success, requiring a "no job too small" attitude. Your main goal will be to help customers succeed with our product and contribute to their overall satisfaction.

• Be the first point of contact for prospects and customers evaluating Coefficient
• Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads via email and phone
• Drive higher conversion rates and obsess over creative ways to increase the efficacy of our trials
• Close deals with customers in our SMB segment
• Interact with dozens of customers a week at various points in the customer journey
• Become a product expert (and power user) of Coefficient with a strong ability to problem-solve in real-time
• Host 1:1 and bulk demo calls for prospects to walk them through our product and answer questions
• Come up with additional creative ways to deliver a best-in-class buying experience
