About The Position

As a Group Home Caregiver at Sevita, you will help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. You will support participants in pursuing developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and encourage them to participate in their community and enjoy activities they like. The role includes assistance with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs.

Three part-time positions are available, with schedules rotating across two weeks. The listed shifts include afternoon and evening hours, as well as some daytime and weekend shifts. Pay is $18.28 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
